• Designed and implemented effective induction for 880 MPs at 14 parliaments based on an innovative learning platform;

• Advised on Sub-national Parliament service reform, creating a separate parliamentary service independent from the military-controlled General Administration Department;

• Designed a Common development framework for all 14 sub-national parliaments and the national (Union) Parliament ensuring coherence, synergies, and effective use of scarce resources in parliamentary development
